Returns/ Refunds
We make every effort to be honest and accurate in describing our catalog items. We do, however, offer a 7-day return policy consisting of a full refund less shipping upon receipt of the item back to us in its original shipped condition. To qualify for a full refund less shipping, you must notify us by email within 7 days of the date of receipt. Do not return items without prior email notification, as this may result in delivery after the 7-day deadline. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Items purchased in a free-shipping promotion will be refunded in full minus the actual shipping costs. We may for certain items charge a 15% restocking fee.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Yoshino Japanese Antiques product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Yoshino Japanese Antiques reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Yoshino Japanese Antiques reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Yoshino Japanese Antiques shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Terms and Condition Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to our online customers upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Yoshino Japanese Antiques may terminate these terms and conditions, or any part of them, without notice at any time, for any reason.
